My name is Jez Baker, and I have been working as a builder in the Lecrin Valley, Granada, Spain, for over 25 years. I have worked on house renovations in Granada, to new build houses on the Costa Tropical. I am bi-lingual, and live in the Lecrin Valley with my family.Building Services
All types of building work and construction is undertaken, including renovations of ruins and existing house structures, new build houses, and interior work such as kitchens and bathrooms. I also specialize in the construction of swimming pools, having completed a wide range of pools including infinity pools, plunge pools, and many types and designs of modern pool. I can make suggestions in terms of the pool design, and can take care of all aspects of the pool plumbing as well. Another speciality of mine is bespoke stairs. I can design and construct floating stairs, spiral stairs, and other types of stairs to your specifications.Project Management
It is often difficult for people to manage their project, as they may not be in the country, or speak the language. This is overcome when you employ me as your project manager on your building project. I have a lot of experience in project management, I know the majority of the architects, and estate agents within the Lecrin Valley. I also have a very good knowledge of all the correct planning permissions required for projects, and can liaise with Town Halls and their technical architects. I also know all the local tradespeople, from Carpenters that can make you a bespoke kitchen, through to where to purchase the best terracotta tiles in Granada province.Bespoke Stairs

As an experienced craftsman and designer, I will work with you at every stage of the project to create bespoke floating stairs, spiral staircases, and a number of other highly-crafted staircase designs according to your needs.
