About Us

My name is Jez Baker and I have been building in the Lecrin Valley and Granada areas for the past 25 years. All building works are completed and overseen by myself, along with a team of locally-employed tradesmen.

We build new structures, and also renovate existing ones, undertaking all aspects of design and construction work from the beginning to the end of the project. We offer various different styles and finishes, and always strive to achieve the home that you have envisaged, whether it be traditional Andalusian, Moroccan, or a contemporary and modern house.

Depending on your needs, I can undertake complete project management, across Southern Spain and Granada. I am bi-lingual, and have a very good knowledge of the processes and requirements for planning permission. I have a wealth of contacts built up over the years I have spent here, and can recommend and liaise with local architects, and town halls.

For clients who are not able to visit their project as often as they would wish, we offer a regular online report of works in progress, both written and photographic, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, as desired. You can see more from our many satisfied customers on our testimonials page, but references can also be supplied upon request, and previous projects and works undertaken can be viewed.

We are a small building company and we take pride in what we do. We have worked hard to build up our reliable and professional reputation. We are based in El Valle de Lecrín – a lovely part of the world, and often our previous clients have become our friends and neighbours.
